We are Inclusion Coffee. We own and operate a coffee shop that hires individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) such as Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down Syndrome. Our goal is to have our employees learn from our environment and then move onto bigger and better opportunities.

Lucky Dog Coffee is an example of how we practice inclusion. Our coffee shop is staffed with neurodivergent individuals and other disabilities. From our full-time staff to our weekly volunteers, we aim to supply people with job and life skills. One might be inclined to say that Lucky Dog is powered by Inclusion Coffee and it's mission.
